The Department of Information and Communication Systems Engineering offers doctoral studies across all fields of Informatics and Communications. Doctoral studies aim to advance knowledge and original scientific research, provide high-level specialization to graduates, and lead to the award of a Doctoral Degree. The Doctoral Degree is an academic title certifying original research and a substantial contribution to the progress of science and knowledge in the corresponding discipline. Doctoral studies at the Department are offered free of charge and are organized according to Law 4957/2022 and the applicable institutional framework.
